
Bakery:
We make all our breads with noble flours
of the best quality, pure water, fresh yeast or leaven and our recipes
have been created to meet the growing demand for special breads.

Each of our breads has its unique taste and we take pleasure in suggesting
to our customers which bread will go best with their meal.
We also bake all our croissants, plain, with almonds or chocolate and
other viennoiseries which are always a favorite of kids and adults
for breakfast
or as a snack.
Pastry making:
We are proud to offer a selection of fine
pastries and a wide variety of cakes, from traditional pastries
to flaky pies as well as same houses creations which made our reputation.
We only work with pure butter, 35% cream, fresh eggs and fresh ingredients
of the very best quality. Everything sold at the Panier à Pain is
conceived, prepared and packed in our workshops and we pride ourselves
in following as much as possible, popular taste and market trends.

Whether it is a wedding, a baptism or a small
meeting between friends, we can prepare the cake of your choice.
Other products and
services:
We offer a catering service for either, a small reception, a last
minute meeting, a cold buffet, a cocktail or even a complete meal
that only needs to be heated and served.
Since May 2002, we also offer our homemade
ice cream and sorbets. Our
traditional method ensures a taste and a texture that reminds us of bygone
years. You can treat yourselves with ice cream cone during the summer in
our two establishments or buy our 1 or 1/2 litre container and share it
with your guests.
Moreover, both stores offer a small dining room where we offer succulent
breakfasts, sandwiches, homemade soup and even Belgian waffles during
the summer.
